ABDA members in good standing can submit requests on a first-come, first-served basis for a 6' (the size of a common vending table) space. Sellers must provide their own set up and should ensure there are no rough edges or parts that might cause damage to the studio floors. Items for sale should be bellydance relevant such as costumes, accessories, props, and DIY supplies.

Vendor load-in: 1:30pm 

ABDA meeting: 2:30pm 

Shopping: 3pm-7pm 

Performances: 5pm and 7pm 

Doors close: 8pm
